This Masters pimento cheese sandwich is an easy, delicious recipe! It's sure to be "ON PAR" for your Masters watch party!

Here's the recipe for you:

  • 3 cups sharp or mild cheddar cheese - shredded

  • 1.5 cups Monterey Jack cheese - shredded

  • 6 ounces cream cheese - softened

  • 14-ounce jar diced pimentos - drained

  • 1/2 cup Duke's (or your fav) mayonnaise

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • salt and pepper - if desired

  • white bread - about 12 slices

Combine all of the ingredients above in a mixing bowl and stir to mix well. Add salt and pepper, if desired.

Spread the mixture on about 6 slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices. Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve! Store any leftover mixture in the refrigerator.

Enjoy! Happy Snacking!
